This 3 week holiday showcases the best of Antarctica in all it’s stunning form aboard a luxury boat. The trip begins and ends in Buenos Aires, the capital of Argentina and in between you will fly down to Ushuaia , the town at the ‘End of the World’ from where your cruise sets sail for the remote Falkland Islands, followed by unique South Georgia and onward to the white continent of Antarctica.

Day by Day itinerary
DAY 1
Buenos Aires
On arrival you will be met by a private English speaking guide and transferred to your hotel for the next 2 nights. The remainder of the day will be at your leisure.

DAY 2
Private Half Day City Tour of Buenos Aires
Today you will enjoy a private city tour of Buenos Aires with an English speaking guide. During the tour you will learn about the history and culture of this exciting city, and get to see famous districts such as Boca.
DAY 3
Fly to Ushuaia
Today a private driver will take you to the airport for a flight to Ushuaia. On arrival you will be met by a guide and taken to your hotel for the night.

DAY 4
Embarkation of your Antarctic Cruise
Arriving at the ship in the afternoon, you will be greeted by your Expedition Team and ship’s officers at a safety and orientation briefing followed by the Captain’s welcome dinner. After dinner, relax and take in the mountainous scenery on your early evening sail down the Beagle Channel past Magellanic Penguin, Rock Cormorant, and Sea Lion colonies.

DAY 5
Day at Sea
Days at sea are the perfect opportunity to relax, unwind and catch up with what you’ve been meaning to do. You can enjoy whale watching from the Observatory Lounge, writing home to your loved ones or simply relaxing.
DAYS 6 & 7
The Falkland Islands
These two days will be spent exploring the remote and beautiful Falkland Islands. Beginning at West Point Island and ending in Stanley, you can take in incredible scenery and plenty of wildlife including albatross, penguins, dolphin, seals and much more.
DAY 8
Day at Sea
Relax during a day at sea en route to the spectacular island of South Georgia.
DAYS 9,10 & 11
South Georgia
Its unique position inside the Antarctic Convergence yet outside the limit of the yearly sea ice makes this 3,755 square kilometer island home to tens of millions of breeding penguins, seals and seabirds. Magnificent mountain scenery, glaciers galore, a rugged coastline punctuated with icebergs, a rich historical tapestry, and an astounding array of wildlife are all here to be discovered during these 3 days.
DAYS 12 – 13
Scotia Sea
Heading farther south, we continue our informative presentations and wildlife watch as the icebergs become more and more plentiful.
DAYS 14 – 18
Antarctic Peninsula and South Shetland Islands
Prepare yourselves for the main event! These 5 days will be spent discovering one of the last wildernesses on earth – Antarctica. This ‘white continent’ is home to species found nowhere else on earth and is a paradise for nature lovers. Elephant Island, the Antarctic Peninsula and the South Shetland Island all offer fabulous photographic opportunities and the chance to spot penguins, seals, whales, dolphins and hundreds of birds.
DAYS 19 & 20
Drake Passage
We will continue our lecture series and wildlife spotting as we sail back to Ushuaia and reflect on beautiful Antarctica and its fragile future.
DAY 21
Fly to Buenos Aires
Morning disembarkation lets you take a flight to Buenos Aires where on arrival a private guide will transfer you to your hotel where you can spend the final night of your holiday.

DAY 22
Fly Home
Transfer to the airport for your onward flights home.
