A spirited culinary setting where fashionable locals and guests share a passion for inspired coastal Colombian cuisine, Alma is under the direction of Executive Chef Heberto Eljach, who draws on his experiences in Australasia, Cambodia, Thailand and Indonesia to create menus of striking originality. With all of the ingredients being sourced locally on a daily basis, the flavoursome dishes are an experience guests will not want to miss.
Casa San Agustin boasts beautifully decorated guest rooms and spacious suites showcase an authentic Colombian style while seamlessly incorporating the modern services and amenities that contemporary travellers seek.
