This in-depth itinerary gives you two weeks to really get under the skin of Costa Rica, staying in luxury accommodation and seeing the best this tiny country has to offer.
Start your trip with a night in a delightful hotel on an organic coffee farm. The next day you will travel further into Costa Rica, arriving in time to raft into the luxury Pacuare Lodge. Here you can spend three nights exploring all that the rainforest has to offer. You will then travel to the Caribbean coast and spend a couple of nights relaxing on the beach before continuing to the beautiful Tortuguero National Park. Explore the park by boat and on foot, with plenty of opportunities to spot birds and wildlife. Next, change your terrain and head to the Arenal Volcano for three nights including a chance to go horse riding up part of the volcano. From here, you can fly south to the Osa Peninsula, famous for its wildlife and biodiversity. Your trip finishes with four nights relaxing in a luxury hotel with time at the beach.

DAY 1
Arrive into Costa Rica
Arrive in San Jose and transfer straight to your hotel in the Sacred Valley.

Travel to your next hotel
This morning you will leave early for Pacuare Lodge. It will be an exciting journey finishing with rafting into the lodge.

Free time to explore and relax
These days will be spent exploring the area around Pacuare with your guide and relaxing in the beautiful surroundings.
DAY 5
Travel to the Caribbean coast
Today you can raft back out of the lodge before heading to the Caribbean coast for 2 nights relaxing on the beach.

Free time
A free day to relax in Caribbean paradise!
DAY 7
Travel along the coast
This morning take a short transfer along the coast to the Tortuguero National Park.

The next two days will be spent exploring the footpaths and waterways of the Tortuguero National Park.
DAY 10
Travel to Arenal
Today your guide will take you to the Arenal region where you can check in to your luxury hotel for the next three nights.

Go horseback riding
Enjoy a fun horseback ride on part of the Arenal volcano.

Day at leisure
A free day for you to relax and enjoy the hot springs of this beautiful region.

Fly south to the Osa Peninsula for three nights in a charming hotel, accessible only by boat.
