FOOD & DRINK: The in-house restaurant, Alma, run by renowned Chef Heberto Eljach serves up exquisite and creative seafood dishes including ceviche, lobster tail and fish stews. On some evenings, diners are entertained by live local musicians, and the bar is open for that late night cocktail.
