For outdoor fitness and relaxation there is a pool with beautiful views of the vineyards and Andes mountains. An outdoor fitness course runs through the grounds with 5 workout points and a stretching zone, allowing guests to make the most of the natural environment. The wine and produce are a strong part of the restaurant and bar at this hotel. The resort produces three labels of its own Malbec, including one award-winning wine. The Katharina bistro offers light bites and international cuisine. The Beef Club is housed in an old bodega and uses old wine barrels as part of the decoration. Guests can sit indoors or out in the gardens complete with mountain views and an old winepress. The cuisine is seasonal and focused on traditional Argentinean methods, including the famous Asado. An organic garden provides vegetables and herbs and guests can even get involved with an Empanada making class.
