MV ECLIPSE
The MV Eclipse offers you the perfect way to discover the Galapagos Islands aboard the finest boutique cruise ship.
The MV Eclipse accommodates up to 48 passengers therefore allows the discerning traveller to experience the Galapagos islands in the comfort of a unique and elegant expedition ship. The MV Eclipse provides 26 classically finished cabins and despite her size, the crew maintain a friendly, intimate atmosphere similar to that of a small boat, whilst having the stability and facilities of a larger vessel. On visits to the islands this sense of intimacy is heightened as passengers venture ashore in small groups of only 12 per guide, which is a ratio of guide-to-passenger that is hard to match in the Galapagos. The facilities on board are excellent. The library and lounge are the perfect place to read up on your wildlife encounters whilst the sundeck offers a relaxing space to sunbathe and admire the scenery as you sail by.
On board the MV Eclipse are four different cabin categories which are split over to decks. The Standard Stateroom and Stateroom cabins are located on the Main Deck, with the former located slightly closer to the engine room. These are large cabins with classical furnishings, featuring a series of portholes. The upper Boat Deck enables guests to stay in the Superior Staterooms, which are identical in terms of size to the cabins below but benefit from an elevated position as well as large picture windows to watch the passing scenery. At the front of the Boat Deck there are 4 Deluxe Staterooms, which are larger rooms and come with a one-time stocked minibar. Two of these cabins have sofa beds, allowing for triple occupancy, ideal for small families. All cabins have ocean views aboard the MV Eclipse. Superb dining is offered with high-quality meals served buffet-style either at the indoor dining area on the Main Deck plus an option for al fresco dining. The MV Eclipse operates 5 and 7-night cruise itineraries around the Galapagos Islands and is an excellent choice for a luxury holiday to the Galapagos, meeting the exacting demands of luxury travel.
