MS SEAVENTURE
Setting sail for the first time in 2021, the MS Seaventure is a world-class small ship experience.
With a 1-A Super ice class rating – the highest ice class awarded to passenger vessels – the MS Seaventure is able to explore coves, bays, and channels that few ships are able to get to, giving guests access to untouched territories and providing the ultimate Antarctic experience.
The ship also offers a host of new and exciting on-board activities. There is a sauna, a fitness centre, a custom-built citizen science lab, and heated saltwater pool for guests to be able to make the most of their time spent on board the ship. Additionally, the MS Seaventure was built to have more storage space, allowing it to carry more equipment for guests to participate in activities such as kayaking, snowshoeing, and camping.
The ship offers all outside-facing staterooms (many with balconies), and spacious and beautifully appointed common areas for relaxing. The ship has two kitchens, including one on the Lido deck for al fresco dining when weather permits.
While the ship has a capacity of 164 guests, cruises to Antarctica allow a maximum of 139 passengers on board. This allows all guest to disembark the ship take part in excursions at the same time, whether that be landing on the ice, out on the zodiacs or in kayaks.
