The itinerary starts with a night in Santiago in a luxury, boutique hotel. The next day, you will take a flight to Easter Island, located far off the coast of Chile, in the Pacific Ocean. Easter Island is a very special place with a fascinating Polynesian influence, spectacular scenery and great seafood. Spend three nights here, exploring the island with your guide. Next you will fly back to Santiago for a night before taking a flight the following morning to the beautiful Chiloe Island. You will spend three nights here, experiencing a different but equally fascinating culture, steeped in folklore. The scenery is stunning in this part of Chile and the itinerary continues along the Carretera Austral as you visit this part of Patagonia. You will travel along the Carretera with your private guide, staying in cosy Patagonian lodges and experience a warm welcome in a beautiful part of the world.

DAY 1
Arrive into Santiago
Arrive in Santiago where your private, English speaking guide will be waiting to take you to your hotel for the night.

Travel to Easter Island
This morning your guide will take you back to the airport for a flight to Easter Island. On arrival you will head straight to your hotel for the next three nights.

DAYS 3 – 4
Wander the incredible Easter Island
This time is for you to explore the beautiful Easter Island with your guide, experiencing the wonderful scenery and mystical statues.
DAY 5
Return to Santiago
Today you will fly back to Santiago for a night.

DAY 6
Travel to Chiloe Island
This morning, take a flight south to Puerto Montt and transfer on to Chiloe Island where you will spend the next three nights.

DAYS 7 – 8
Relax on Chiloe Island
These days are for you to enjoy Chiloe Island. Get to know the lovely scenery and fascinating culture in this special part of Chile.
DAY 9
Drive to Hornopiren
Leave Chiloe behind as you return to the mainland and collect your hire car and guide in Puerto Montt. Continue on to Hornopiren where you will spend the night.

DAY 10
Travel along the famous Carretera Austral
Your journey along the Carretera Austral continues today as you drive south through beautiful scenery to Futaleufu where you will spend two nights.

Explore the Chilean Lake District
Today you are free to explore the area at your leisure.
DAY 12
Continue the drive to Puyuhuapi
Leave Futaleufu today and continue on to Puyuhuapi for the next three nights.

Travel to Lago General Carrera

Fly back to Santiago

Take a transfer back to the airport for your flight home.
