Food & Drink

Sol y Luna bears the Relais & Chateaux mark, guaranteeing guests a gastronomical experience of an exceptionally high standard. The hotel offers two restaurants on-site. Killa Wasi offers contemporary reimaginations of rustic Sacred Valley dishes and refined versions of typically ‘cusqueña’ cuisine using ingredients sourced from local farms and the bountiful Peruvian Amazon, whilst Wayra (which is open to the public) offers a more relaxed dining experience of nourishing local dishes made from organic seasonal produce.

Outstanding Feature

Centred around an ethos of promoting luxury travel for a purpose; social responsibility is at the heart of Sol y Luna’s operations. The hotel’s foundation funds a local school which works to provide the children of the Sacred Valley with a good education and increased opportunities. A stay at Sol y Luna gives back to the community and it is something the hotel are rightly proud of.
